Candace Pendleton-Batty – Bio

 

Candace Pendleton-Batty is a co-founder of National Syndication Network. She holds the title of Senior Partner.

Candace has been in real estate investing for more than twenty years and brings her financing experience, wisdom, and vision to the Senior Management Board of National Syndication Network Group. Candace concentrates on relationships, and has developed a referral-based business that helps her clients produce a positive impact on their wealth creation and cash flow.

Prior to National Syndication Network, Candace was co founder and Managing Member of MCB Holdings, LLC. She coordinated all aspects of commercial real estate development from start to finish. Her resume of development projects is in excess of 2.5 million square feet and growing. MCB Holdings and its equity partners own or have developed over eight hundred properties in the United States.

Prior to establishing MCB Holdings, LLC, she was an independent representative in acquisitions and development in 30 states and her vast national real estate experience has forged ties to financial and brokerage communities throughout the United States and abroad. Her expansive background also includes contract work for lenders, service as a commercial real estate facilitator, and hands-on remodeling work for twenty five years in the design/construction industry.

Over the years, Candace has established herself as a leader in the real estate development community. She is a visionary with a taste for suburban/rural development and design. She has recently focused on the explosion of the sub rural areas of America, blending rural communities by integrating neighborhood regional malls with renovated large multifamily apartment community renewals. This “Xurban” expansion is the up and coming break out development strategy for cities across America perched on the edge of growth out of the current recession.

She holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture from University of California Los Angeles, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, University of Southern Mississippi. She is a State of California, Licensed C-24 Contractor since 1985, a past member American Institute of Interior Designers (AIID). A past member of Southern California Home Builders Association (SCHBA), a past member of Home Builders of Greater San Fernando Valley (HBGSFV), and a past member of Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA).

Candace’s management experience, project analysis skills and attention to detail as well as her knowledge of technology and marketing are key elements for the success of Tuscany Capital Group. She understands the dynamics of business relationships as well, and aims to ensure a win/win situation for all parties.

As accredited investors, Candace and her husband Michael enjoy real estate investing as a pastime. Their portfolio includes several single-family rentals, several residential and multi-family properties, and partial ownership in a 156-unit apartment house in Texas plus several large self storage facilities across the nation.
